Print technology

Most labels for warehouses, pallets and boxes are simply stamped to size or feature a basic, single- or two-colour pre-print. Especially packaging, pinpacks and profile labels, on the other hand, require multi-colour printing, frequently in combination with folding and stamping.

As a result, Beab's cutting-edge printshop is equipped with advanced printing machines which can cope with a wide variety of labels and requirements. We have deliberately used a printing technique known as flexography, since it is cost-effective and allows labels to be completed in a single stage in the printing press.

The printing hall has 230 mm wide water flexopresses and UV flexopresses for high-quality, multi-colour printing up to 330 mm wide.
