Support agreement
This does not involve emergency care - we have, in fact, turned it on its head. Rather than promising action within a certain time once something has gone wrong or broken down, we offer support in the form of preventive maintenance aimed at minimising operational stoppages.
The time between visits varies depends on volumes and level of complexity, but normally involves between one and four visits a year.
Reviews with operators, replacement of worn-out parts, feedback on experiences, training updates and reports and test-printings are all included in the visit.
If, despite this, operational stoppages do occur in the interim period, we provide discounts on both fees and spare parts.
